How much does shipping cost?

For your purchases from our online store, the shipping fee is 69,99 TL all over Turkey.

Do I have to pay an extra fee for payment at the door?

You can take advantage of the payment option for orders up to 2000 TL. Payment at the door service fee is only 9.99 TL. Payment fee will be paid in addition to the shipping fee. You must have the necessary arrangement and address in order to place an order with the option to pay at the door.

When will my cargo arrive?

Estimated delivery time will vary between 2-7 business days depending on your address (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

How can I track my cargo?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an informative sms and e-mail. You can track your cargo by clicking the cargo tracking link in the e-mail. You can track your cargo by logging into your account and clicking on the cargo tracking link of the relevant order for the orders you place with your membership account. For orders you place without being a member, you can click on the "Order Tracking Without Membership" section on our home page to see the status of your order and track your cargo. When your order arrives at the store you selected in the One Click In Store option, sms and e-mail are sent.

What days are the deliveries made? Is delivery available on public holidays?

Deliveries are made on weekdays within working days. Delivery is not possible on public holidays and weekends.

Can someone else pick up my package if I'm not at home at the time of delivery? What to do if there is no one at the time of delivery?

In our address delivery option, your package can be delivered to you and only to your immediate relatives. Proof of identity will be required and surname consistency is required. The signature of the person receiving your package will be requested at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. They may leave a card for you to pick up your package or reschedule a delivery date. Cargoes brought back to the branch must be received within 3 working days. Otherwise, the cargo will be returned to the exit branch within the knowledge of the sender.

Do you have overseas delivery?
