When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery time will vary between 2-7 business days depending on your address (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

How can I track the status of my order?

When you place your orders with your membership account, you can log in to your account and access information about your order from My Account > My Orders section and you can track your cargo when your order is shipped. We will send you an informative SMS and e-mail when your order is shipped. You can track your cargo by clicking the cargo tracking link in the e-mail.

You can see the status of your order and track your cargo by clicking the Non-Membership Order Tracking section on our homepage for orders you place without being a member.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact our call center on 0850 333 22 86 so that it can be cancelled. After your order is canceled, your refund will be made within 24 hours according to your payment method.

My order arrived incomplete. What should I do?

In order not to keep you waiting, the ready products in your order have been sent and the remaining products will be shipped free of charge in a short time.
